Level - Kinda dangerous
This is a strange unknown creature in Antartica. It blows ice fire at any human or animal it sees. If the creature is freezed it turns into a ice cube twice its size and the creature dies in the cube.
The ningen can run on water and was first encountered when someone was trying to find the yeti but encountered something stranger.
